Engineering and manufacturing recruitment specialist E3 Recruitment (E3R) has launched its Commercial Team dedicated to recruiting Accountancy and Finance, Business Support, Human Resources, Procurement and Sales and Marketing roles for its manufacturing and engineering clients.

The Commercial Team, based at it Huddersfield head office, will work across all eight E3R sectors providing recruitment support for non-manufacturing and non-engineering roles, for predominantly office-based desk positions at all levels ranging from junior admin positions through to senior managerial positions.

E3R builds strong working relationships with its clients so it gets to know the company inside out, gaining a good understanding of the culture - so rather than seeking an alternative recruitment agency for commercial roles, the Commercial Team enables E3R to build on its existing company knowledge and use their specialist expertise in commercial to get the right person for the role.

Heading up the new Commercial Team is Senior Recruitment Consultant Ami Jackson who has joined E3R from one of the largest global recruitment agencies, bringing with her a wealth of experience having worked solely on the temporary desk, recruiting for both commercial and industrial roles, before moving across to permanent commercial vacancies, across all industries within West Yorkshire. In this role she was responsible for bringing on a range of new clients, recruiting for admin, marketing and HR positions.

Ami commented: “I’m thrilled to be part of the E3R family as they are a key player within the sectors they specialise in and have an excellent reputation across the whole industry for their exceptional working relationships built on openness and trust, which has resulted in client loyalty.

“I’m excited to take on this new role and bring to the table a new offering, enabling existing clients to use E3R to recruit for their commercial roles also. I will be working on both permanent and temporary roles which really enables me to get to know the clients and service them as best we can, both commercially and as a wider agency.”

Prior to working in Recruitment, Ami worked in the Financial Services sector for almost 10 years, where she identified her passion for wanting to make a difference for both customers and colleagues, and developed her love of delivering an exceptional service.

In March this year E3R celebrated its fifth year of being at the forefront of engineering and manufacturing recruitment across Yorkshire, having built strong relationships with its clients across the eight sectors in which it specialises; Aerospace, Automotive & Fleet, Building & Construction Products, Chemical & Pharmaceutical, Energy & Utilities, General Manufacturing, Food & FMCG and Oil & Gas.

Andrew Pilling, E3R Director concluded: “Offering recruitment for commercial roles is the missing link For E3R, as we are the first point of contact for our clients manufacturing and engineering roles, having built in-depth knowledge of their companies, their requirements and therefore this knowledge can be applied to commercial roles with Ami having the right skills and experience to enable this and grow this new offering further for Accountancy and Finance, Business Support, Human Resources, Procurement and Sales and Marketing roles.

“We know first-hand that our clients are extremely busy, so by offering a one stop recruitment service this enables HR departments to streamline their recruitment requirements with one agency, ensuring service continuity and ultimately making their jobs easier”.

Since 2013 E3R has grown from strength to strength with a turnover of over £8million, a second office opening in Rotherham and a 24 strong team. The agency and its four founding directors are advocates of giving something back; by promoting STEM subjects to school children; being actively involved in an Inclusivity Campaign backed by Baroness Lorely Burt to make the industry more inclusive and diverse; and is a charity partner of Children’s Heart Surgery Fund having raised over £5k for the charity so far.
